My journey started in 2015 as an SEN Teaching Assistant in London where I saw first-hand the impact of great educators. Volunteering with Yes Futures reinforced my commitment to ensuring every child gets the support they deserve. Moving into specialist education recruitment, I saw an opportunity to do things better - focusing on partnerships over placements.

That’s why we offer a free on-site support day - getting to know your school, staff, and students to find the right SEN and mainstream educators who fit both your culture and needs. With full transparency on costs and no hidden fees, we ensure fair, high-quality recruitment that makes a real impact.

Our Team.
At EdSensori we put as much time and care into selecting, training and developing our Team as we do with our clients and candidates. Each consultant has a child centred approach gained from first hand experience of working with and caring for children.
We invest in continuous staff training and coaching to ensure that our Team have the tools, knowledge and skills to deliver bespoke staffing solutions to all of our EYFS to SEN and Secondary schools.
